 It is the philosophy of the Survival Program that students be
responsible for all paperwork and important dates. All handouts and
turn-in dates provide an opportunity to demonstrate their readiness to
participate in Survival as well as a commitment to their success in
the program.
This has been explained to your child and it remains THEIR responsibility. Therefore, many Survival forms, handouts, and important dates are not available on this website! |
All chaperones 18 years and older must come in and complete a CORI form
ASAP in the JHS Main Office. Please bring a picture ID with you. These can take up to several weeks to process, so don't put this off.
Deadline for CORI submission is May 21, 2010! |
